Automated assistant
Sarah is an automated assistant (a "bot"). It will tell you so. For pricing, custom engineering, complaints, or anything it cannot handle, it connects you with a member of our team.

Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform) to send and receive WhatsApp messages.
Workflow & AI providers (our automation platform and AI language provider) to process your messages and generate responses.
Our data store and productivity tools to securely store enquiry details and route leads to our sales team.
These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and conversation data only as long as needed to serve you and follow up on your enquiry, and as required for our legitimate business records, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Your choices
